Our Enhanced Model: More Than Just a Bed
Healing Haven provides a trauma informed, holistic recovery environment that bridges the gap between hospital and home:
• 10 private/semi private rooms in a calm, home like setting that provides safe housing and dignity"
Support from Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) for meals, laundry, ADL support and wellness checks
Trauma-informed therapy by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Therapy is voluntary and included at no extra cost.
3 nutritious meals daily, outdoor healing space and local transportation to appointments
Clinical oversight by a board certified physician (advisory role)
Referral Information that is Needed:
Name, date of birth and diagnosis Behavioral health history (if known)
Discharge date and expected length of stay Payer source (Medicaid, Medicare, Hospital Community Benefit Funds, VA, Self-Pay, etc.)
